We had our solar panels that needed cleaning. The technician showed up at the allotted time. We also received a phone call stating that he was on the way. He was very friendly,... polite and professional. He did a great job.Jennifer followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied.I most definitely would recommend Coastal Clear.I can’t tell you how many times companies don’t call you back or even show up so when one does business the way you should they deserve a positive rating.read more

Great service! They called the night before as a reminder of our appointment, texted me in the morning indicating that the crew was on the way and they showed up on time. Carlos... washed the inside and the outside of the windows, cleaned the tracks and washed the screens and I could not be happier with the result. He did an amazing job! I wish I could give 10 stars! I found Coastal Clear on the internet with great ratings and now I know why. I was in a bind and needed my windows cleaned ASAP for a house... showing. Even though they were fully booked, they squeezed me in and did an amazing job! They were on time, very professional, priced reasonably and delivered great service. Hello,The owner, Steve called to follow up on the initial marginal review. He was extremely professional. My wife said, very articulate. The work was redone free of charge... satisfactorily. The CCWC team is great. I think their estimate and work scope was not thought out well at the beginning based on the feedback from the tech that cleaned the windows and tracks. I acknowledge the windows were very dirty, tracks. My wife and I are pleased with the full support and professionalism of the CCWC team. Steve is a stand up owner and leader. Jennifer provides excellent service. Lamar did a wonderful job replacing and repairing 8 screens - 5 stars for Lamar. I would highly recommend the CCWC to all in Volusia County. I wanted to follow up my initial review for Coastal Clear Window Cleaning. The day after I posted my previous review, I was contacted by Patrick, one of the owners. He... apologized for the mix up and let me know that he had contacted some of his staff that were willing to work over Thanksgiving weekend, including Patrick himself. I am pleased to say that Patrick and his staff worked Friday through Sunday to get the windows cleaned so that I could deliver a new custom home this week.I was very pleased with the work and impressed with Patrick's willingness to go well beyond what most business owners would do these days. All of my long standing subcontractor base will confirm my consistent & successful teamwork over the years. I pride myself on providing exceptional service and quality work for my customers and the same for my subs. I approved a proposal from Coastal Clear Window Cleaning to clean the windows on a Flagler Beach custom home on Nov 5th. The proposal stated that their available date was Dec 9th and I asked if they had any cancellations, to please move me up since I was delivering the home late Nov - early Dec. I find out on Nov 25th that they never put me on the schedule with no promise of any day in the future. Someone dropped the ball and it wasn't on my end.I'll chalk it up to poor communication and lesson learned. I was hoping to have found a good company for quality work but unfortunately I cannot report a positive experience.read more

We have used Coastal Clear in the past and been pleased, but this year's cleaning was exceptional. Carlos did an amazingly thorough and quality job on our windows and many... sliders, including having to work around our hurricane shutters and overgrown shrubbery (apologies!). I have used Coastal Clear to clean both the inside and outside windows of my two story home. I recently had the exterior or our home pressure cleaned, warning the company NOT to... spray my 6" vinyl sliders on our lanai. As you can see in the first picture, the pressure cleaning company ignored my request. When I called Coastal Clear, they were sympathetic and arranged to have the windows done at the first opportunity. You can see the results in the second picture.The company is remarkable! My windows absolutely glisten! The price is terrifically fair and the employees who have come to the house are friendly, professional and responsible.Now, during COVID, they are cautious to observe social distancing but do not come into the house. As soon as it is safe, I will have them come in and do the interior windows, too.Love this company and will continue to use them!read more

Coastal Clear Window Cleaning did a great job for me at a fair price. I had another company coming monthly and they did not do half the job that Coastal Clear did. I asked for... the window frames to be brushed and the porch light to be wiped down. They did both--beautifully. I appreciate being on a periodic schedule.read more

Arrived on time and went... right to work with a great job. Will have them come back in 6 months. Excellent experience from start to finish. When I called for an appointment... very friendly and professional prompt service. Karissa and Tyler came to the house to do an... estimate. Very friendly , polite, and through.The next morning Karissa and Tyler were back to clean our windows. We live in a condo that due to balcony work... painters left paint splatters on sliders and other stains as well. After Karissa and Tyler cleaned the windows ... they have never looked better! I am so happy with the detailed work of Karissa and Tyler Heck who cleaned my windows. They were quick and efficient. They paid attention to detail and saw the sticker glue that... was still on the windows from the installation. The price is excellent and I recommend them without reservation.
