Licensed

This is important, as without a license, most insurance companies will not provide liability insurance.

General Liability Insurance

Upon request, we are glad to have our insurance provider issue you a certificate of insurance showing sufficient coverage. A business or individual can be held liable if damage or injury is done to or by a contractor without adequate liability insurance. Our general commercial liability insurance policy reduced concerns of risk and we are happy to provide you with proof of such coverage.

No Contracts

You are never locked into any contract with us. Our commercial customers can adjust the frequency of their service any time, temporarily suspend it, or cancel it any time, for any reason.

Discounts and Incentives

For our residential customers, we give a 10% discount on the standard price for repeat services that are done every 3 or 6 months.

Free Quotes

We’ll never charge you for an estimate.

Window Screens and Frames Cleaned

As part of our standard service, we brush off dust and debris from screens and wipe down the screen framing. As an option, we also offer a more thorough screen washing with soap and water at an additional cost.

Window Sills Cleaned

As part of our standard service, we’ll clean your window sill (the full sill is cleaned when doing an in/out service, the outside lip only when doing an exterior-only service).

Mineral Deposit Removal

We are experienced in various methods of mineral deposit removal that are often found on windows due to sprinkler systems or hoses.

Dress Code

Uniformed window cleaners provide a professional appearance when work is being performed at your place of business or home.

Recurring Services

We’ll gladly schedule you for reoccurring services according to your preference. For example, some customers would like us to come once a year for a thorough in/out service, but then once every 3 or 6 months for outside only windows. Unless otherwise directed, we will always call you to schedule your repeat service when it’s time, and if your preference is to skip the service at that time, that is no problem.
